Dr. David Landwehr, Endodontist, Madison, WI
Dr. David Landwehr earned his D.D.S. at the University of Minnesota. He received an *M.S, degree and certificate in oral and maxillofacial pathology at The Ohio State University followed by specialty training in endodontics at the University of Michigan Dr. Landwehr has been a private practice clinician for more than twenty years and for the last eight years has provided exemplary patient care at Capital Endodontics in Madison, WI. Dr. Landwehr’s ongoing work as an educator and opinion leader has positioned him at the forefront of modern endodontic treatment. He has lectured and presented case studies both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Landwehr was the Chief of Endodontics for the Meriter Hospital general practice residency for more than ten years. Dr. Landwehr authored the chapter titled Lesions That Mimic Endodontic Pathosis for the most recent edition of Cohen’s Pathways of the Pulp and contributed to a chapter on the endodontic applications of CBCT in Maxillofacial Cone Beam Computed Tomography. His teaching focuses on techniques used daily in his clinical practice that are efficient, predictable and evidence-based.
Dr. Diwakar Kinra, Endodontist, Flint, MI
Dr. Diwakar Kinra grew up in Flint, Michigan and attended Powers Catholic High School. He received his dental degree from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry, in 1999. At that time he proceeded into private practice for the next 3 years. In 2002, he returned to obtain his masters degree in endodontics at the University of Detroit-Mercy, School a
‘Dentistry. In 2004, after the completion of his postgraduate degree. he immediately returned home to begin his solo private practice limited to endodontics in Flint, Michigan.
Dr. Kinra has spoken on clinical endodontics and practice management since 2005. He has spoken at over 20 universities domestically and internationally, in 2008 Dr. Kinra also accepted a dual position as an adianet professor at the University of Detroit-Mercy endodontic and Periodontic departments.
Dr. Elliott, General Dentist Post Falls, ID
Dr. Elliott grew up in Orange County, CA. She has a private practice with two partners in Post Fall, ID. After playing college soccer and graduating summa cum laude from Houghton College in Houghton, NY, Dr. Elliott graduated top 5 from Creighton University Dental School in Omaha, NE. She moved to North Idaho as soon as she could. Dr. Elliott loves helping her patients not only smile but sleep better too!
She loves to spend time with her family of 3 boys and her husband Tom, playing soccer, golfing, and reading.
Dr. Elliott is also a national speaker and educator on the very important topic of sleep apnea and has been published in many dental journals. She loves to help general dentists extend this life-saving service to their patients. She is an active member of her local American Dental Association, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and is the past president and a diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.
Dr. Steven Hernandez, General Dentist – Nashville, TN
Dr. Steven Hernandez is a 2005 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He is a certified CERE trainer and has lectured nationally on 3-D imaging, and digital dentistry. He is the Clinical Leader for the state of Tennessee with Imagen Dental Partners and is a resident faculty member at DOCS, a nationally renowned website and continuing education center in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Hernandez has his private practice in Nashville, TN. In his free time, Dr Hernandez enjoys travel, fitness, riding motorcycles, and shooting.
Dr. Steven Dobbs, General Dentist – Brunswick, GA
Dr. Steven Dobbs is the Clinical Director of Endodontics for Heartland Dental. He earned his D.D.S, at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. Dr. Dobbs has received advanced training through sessions held by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation. He has his private practice in Brunswick, GA.
He enjoys many outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, scuba diving and swimming, as well as reading, writing, boating and golf.
Dr. David Wong, Periodontist – Tulsa, OK
Dr. David Wong is a native Oklahoman who followed in the footsteps of his parents by attending the University of Oklahoma, where he completed his dental degree. His advanced training in periodontics was accomplished at the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he served as chief resident and scored a perfect 100% on his in-service examination- the highest in the country. He has also completed advanced implant and oral plastic surgery training from Temple University as well as from such world-renowned institutions as the Misch International Implant Institute and the Dental Implant Institute of Las Vegas.
Since entering into private practice in 2003, he has published articles in the field of oral plastic surgery, and he has also been a guest lecturer at the Oklahoma Dental Association, and Oklahoma Dental Hygiene Association, Tulsa Community College, among others. He recently received his Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists the only periodontist in Oklahoma to reach this achievement. In addition, in 2005, Dr. Wong became the first Tulsa periodontist since 1969 to be board certified by the American Board of Periodontologist.
